I paid for expedited 2-3 day shipping with and it took them a week to ship it out + additional days for delivery. Customer service was a joke and I would never use this site again. Very unclear instructions and bad customer support.

On May 3, 2020 I ordered 3 items from Spicy Lingerie. Approximately 2 weeks later I received 2 of the items, and received an email stating that the 3rd item was on back order. I called on June 8th Monica said if the item has not arrived by June 19th to call back. I have called several times spoke to Monica each time told her to just give me my money back. June 30, 2020 I have still not received my merchandise or my money and its now almost 2 months. I will never order anything from this company ever again. I just want my money back at this point.

I ordered a chemise which when I received it the item was too large, so I paid to ship the item back then once they received it I got an email saying that I DIDN'T SEND THE PANTY BACK WITH THE CHEMISE WHICH IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE BOTH THE CHEMISE AND PANTY WERE IN THE RETURN ENVELOPE I SHIPPED BACK so this cheap company isn't wanting to refund me or JUST send me the same item in a smaller size, so I told them I want proof of video where the employees open returns, but they keep giving excuses SO EVERYONE USE YANDY YANDY YANDY LINGERIE BECAUSE THEY HAPPEN TO BE THE BEST COMPANY TO BUY LINGERIE FROM

Seriously this website is a joke. Keep your money because not only will they take more than a month to deliver, their *** is generic. First off, they don’t tell you if the product is in stock, once you order, they will take about a week until you realize that your purchase was not even in stock to begin with and they take your money anyway. I called multiple times to see what was going on with my order that I had purchased in the middle of September. I purchased hoping it would be delivered by Halloween. When I called they told me that the item I ordered was being back ordered meaning that’s they didn’t have it. I was so upset. It had already been a month since I placed my order when I decided I was done waiting, I called to cancel my order and the lady tells me that they can only return the item if they were able to locate my package. Seriously, they are so unprofessional. So they didn’t give me my money back. Instead, another week goes by and there came the *** ordered more than a month ago. Are you *** kidding me? They didn’t give me my money back and instead they sent the item anyway. Lesson learned, I must say, I will never! ABSOLUTELY NEVER order anything from this company again. I hope that no one has to go through what I did. The product itself was even more disappointing than customer service. It did not look anything close to what was shown in the pictures online. Material was cheap and it was as if it was horribly made. Be smart and DO NOT waste your time or money. This site should be removed completely because it’s such a scam.

spicylingerie.com Placed order for two items for priority shipping. Took a week to ship. Only shipped one item and when called they said the other was on back order. Never received a back order notification. They claim they sent but I received all emails of the order and the shipping email. They never sent a back order notification, if so I would have cancelled the entire order. They take no responsibility for their issue. Will never buy from again

I ordered an item from them. They claim it takes 2-4 business days to ship (seems excessive). I sent a note a message through their site; no response. I called customer disservice. The message was probably in my spam (it was not), then mumbled something. I asked about the shipment; it was still processing at distribution. She then made a comment about the fact that I chose standard shipping. Meaning: it is your fault you did not choose to pay us exorbitant charges. We were supposed to get a confirmation within the 4 days. Those days have passed without any status on our shipment. I am waiting to see if the quality is okay. But service is not.

Buy over 2 months before you want

So I ordered on November 29 and was hoping to receive it for January 1. I was buying the outfit as a surprise for new years eve to impress my long term boyfriend. On Dec 5 I received and email stating my item was sold out and would not be restocked for 4 weeks (not including shipping time). On Dec 6 2am I wrote an email to the company explaining the outfit would arrive late and would be no use after January 1. I explained I did not want to do an exchange and asked politely for my money back. By 3:45am the same day they had refunded the full amount back on my card. I was understanding that holiday season can be very busy, they handled my situation with respect and organization. Very impressed at the speed I got my concerns taken care of. Would only recommend the site lists what is out of stock prior to ordering to prevent others having complications in the future. I would still recommend them but do advise you order more then 2 months in advance to prevent my situation from repeating. I ordered on this website on October 4th and was not even informed until Friday that my items were on back order and they make take a MONTH or longer to receive. Horrible customer service and a total lack of professionalism. They have no problem taking my money, but they can't even seem to do their jobs correctly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Order took a month to receive. Once here, an outfit was so tangled together I couldn’t get it apart to even look at let alone try on. Returned the item and was told it showed signs of use so they were not allowing a refund and would charge me to return it to me. I tried arguing to no avail and have asked several times to have it returned to me (within the first week of my denial) but the company is saying nothing about it being returned to me now. I’m guessing they lost or disposed of it and are trying to steal from me. I will be suing.

Yes always use a CREDIT CARD if you take a chance and buy with this company. A credit card has so many more protections for you then a debit card. I would take pictures and video front and back of the package when you receive it so you will be covered for damages from the company and or shipper. When you open the package take pictures and record the sizes and the condition of what you ordered,... If you notice that one of your items is the wrong size then do not open it at all leave it in the original packaging. I know this is so Extra! but you have to cover all the angles with this company. Do not leave anything to chance because they are good at doing the absolute minimum to NOT pay you in full (Oh a restocking fee, we will pay half, blah blah blah)

I have been trying to get my refund for a month after I sent everything in original packaging AND had to pay the $11 UPS cost to send it back. No one answers the phone, and they somehow get their costumer service emails to end up in my spam so I don't see them. Their emails are generic or completely unrelated to my questions. They stole over $60 from me. Scam. The product also looked like it was put together with $3 dollar material in a sweat shop.
