They advertise expedited shipping. I paid for that on Oct 30 with my order.

Its now November 11th and the order remains unshipped even though they've charged my credit card for over $50.

They haven't responded to my chat requests. Its just a bot say they'd respond later.

I ordered some Lingerie for my wife and got 2 out of the 3 items. I have tried to contact Spicey Lingerie multiple times and can never get anyone except a recording.

I have emailed and can not get a response.

This is poor customer service, poor quality, and a very questionable company. I think they need to be evaluated by the better business bureau and anyone that considers doing business with them need to be warned and cautious of being defrauded.

The quality of the items doesn't match the photos AT ALL and they make it super hard to return. One of my items was supposed to be a "dress", and that's certainly what the photo showed, but what I got was a body stocking with slashes that was filled with runs. They don't have any info about how to start a return on their website and when I contacted customer service they said right away that some items can't be returned even though that's not what it says when you buy.

I use PayPal to purchase shoes $88. They said they would not refund shipping or give me any shipping label.

I had to use my own money to ship back which I did and paid extra to get proof of receipt. They received the item in less than five days, they promised refund within four business days. It has now been 20 business days. No refund has been provided.

Ive already disputed with PayPal. I have reached out to Better Business Bureau and now I am leaving a review.

Shady company does not provide refund. Do not order anything from them ever.

Been 2 weeks and my order that I paid for for express shipping is still awaiting fulfillment. They won't bother to answer their phone, just put you on permanent hold.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 11/5/24 and paid for the 2-3 day shipping. I should have known when I didn't receive a tracking number that I wasn't going to receive my item yesterday.

I have an event to go to today and really needed this shoes. There shouldn't be any excuses because I live in Vegas which is a 40 min flight from Ontario, CA. They don't answer the phones or my email either so I will disputing this with my bank.

They didn't render services. This is the first and last time I ever order from this company.

Paid $30 for express delivery and its taking two weeks to get my items. No one pays $30 for delivery expecting to wait weeks.

Contacted customer service and they dont care, just keeps repeating themselves that its within the acceptable range and web site says and blah blah. So I said Ill need to return the items because I wont have them for when I needed them.

I was informed that parts of my order are final sale even if they are never opened they are not returnable. Never ever again.

I wish I would of got my whole order at the same time because Im leaving on vacation. Do you have any idea when Im going to receive the rest of my items?

I ordered some lingerie a couple of months ago and I was charged for it and never received it. Yesterday y'all tried to charge me again.

I was really excited with my purchase. The items arrived sooner than I thought. I used the sizing chart and Everything even the free gifts fit!
