This is the poster child of everything bad about internet shopping.

1. Very slow to process an order. A couple of weeks2. Products are meant for twiggy ... one size fits all fits anorexic only3. When you return it 14 days to acknowledge... I sent Priority mail so I know when they received it.4. Part of the order was a "costume." They would not refund it. In there "return policy" it is stated that store credit only. But that is NOWHERE on the pages that you order from. 5. A business run by shady policies.. not by people.6. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

There are better companies to do business with. Go elsewhere.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $32.

I didn't like: Return policy and the way they are not upfront about it.

1. Items that are on back order would take a couple weeks.

Thats obvious...its on back order (?)

2. One size = 95# - 165#. Maybe you dont fit that size? We also offer ALL sizes..including plus size.

Not true. All refunds are processed within if not aooner than 10 business days.

4. Costumes are returned for store credit only. This isnt a new practice?

Check any costume store..theyre baducally NO returns. And its all over the website. In clear view.

5. This business is family owned and we love our employees.

And our customers.

6. You know you have a million places to shop...

and we appreciate our 1.8 million customers world wide. Most..who are repeat customers.
